As if there wasn’t enough animosity crackling between The Legacy and D-Generation X, Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase tweaked their WWE Hell in a Cell opponents by unspooling footage of Legacy defeating and humiliating DX over the past month. Never to be outdone, DX retaliated by poking fun at their young antagonists and confronted the two, but Rhodes & DiBiase fled. In the run up to WWE Hell in a Cell, the two teams will have a chance to prove themselves in the biggest Eight-Man Tag Team Match in the history of Friday Night SmackDown, just 48 hours before meeting inside Satan’s Structure.

What Happened When RAW Went Off-Air – Video Added

The dark match main event was DX & John Cena vs. Randy Orton & Legacy. Orton & Legacy started triple teaming Cena before DX ran out. After DX came out they had Orton cornered and Legacy left. All of the faces hit their signature moves on Orton, who then left, so there was really no match. DX then started to do their speil with Cena. Triple H said that Cena needed to move his hips so he could get in the flow. As they started saying for the 1,000′s in attendance and the millions watching at home, Triple asked what time it was. Someone in the audience said that it was 10:18. Michaels said that they were not live so that it was just the 1,000′s in attendance.

Triple then started again but said that something was missing. They then brought Lillian in. Triple H then started a Shopzone spiel. Triple H then said for the 1,000′s in attendance and the millions not watching around the world and Lillian Garcia because it may be her last night. They then proceeded to the two words part. Lillian then joined in with DX on the if your not down with DX part. DX then left and shook hands with the fans.

After DX left, they started playing the Eisley Brothers song “I’ve Had The Time Of My Life” for Lillian.

Her fiancé then came out to the ring and they started dancing to the song while in the ring. Lillian left and then shook hands with the fans. This was truly a great moment.

HHH Has More Class Than Mosley
Published by Kierra on September 22nd, 2009 in General News. Comment? [1]

FoxSports.com briefly mentions the WWE and HHH accompanying Mayweather to the ring while talking about how Shane Mosley stole Mayweather’s shine at the end of his match. Read what they had to say below:

As it ended, with Shane Mosley in the ring seizing an unwarranted opportunity to provoke Floyd Mayweather, HBO’s $50 pay-per-view felt like WWE’s “Monday Night Raw.” If only Mosley could’ve conducted himself with the class of Pretty Boy’s valet, Triple H.

Be careful what you wish for. That’s one lesson among many for The Legacy, who received a dream match-up against DX at WWE Breaking Point and pulled off the biggest upset of their young career. Now, however, Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase must face Shawn Michaels & Triple H again at WWE Hell in a Cell inside Satan’s Structure.

For his part, Michaels was the first man to win a Hell in a Cell Match while The Game has won more of the sadistic bouts than any other Superstar. Before the teams square off in two weeks, though, The Legacy made quite a statement. Triple H faced Rhodes on Raw as their respective partners looked on. The match devolved, though, when Rhodes & DiBiase slammed Michaels outside of the ring before attacking Triple H with a chair inside the ring. When the duo left The Game immobile in the center of the ring, they submitted one more piece of evidence that they could indeed be the future of WWE.
